Previously the rules topic would always treat you as part of the guild and would have the rules be written to your journal.
Now, if you are not a member, the topic will be presented as if speaking to an outsider. The journal entry with the rules will now only happen if you are a member.
Some additional stuff:
- Thieves Guild members will not disclose the rules if you are not a member (just like asking for their background in the vanilla game)
- Blades members won't tell you their rules unless you are a Blade
- Caius' unique rules topic response will now also write them to your journal
- Fixed a typo in the Hlaalu rules
