I usually play as an ashlander and I was just thinking, since these guys know Morrowind better than the imperials, why are their weapons and armor so weak? That didn't make sense to me. So I decided to change the ratings to make them stronger than nordic fur and iron
New armor ratings:
NETCH LEATHER: 35
BOILED NETCH LEATHER: 38
BONEMOLD: 38
