Basement Dweller -- Rundown Player Homes

Just a thing that I threw together for one of my characters. Likely will be adding more as he needs them.

Does the following:

• []Adds a basement to Caius Cosades' house in Balmora. Caius's Rooftop Renovations is beautiful, but a bit too posh for a level 1 ex-convict. So I gave Caius a barely furnished basement for you to stay in. I also OAAB-ified his house a bit.

  []Rearranges Gildan's basement in Ald'ruhn so there's a little spot for you to stay

  []Added a waterlogged alcove-thing in the Suran docks.

  []Adds a little hideaway in Fort Darius in Gnisis (secret door leading to a hole-in-the-wall place)

Not sure about compatibility with anything else. Most things are an exterior door + small interior, so if there are any incompatibilities, they will likely be minor.
