📋 About This Mod
About this mod
My very first mod for all you lovely people out there :) It's a player manor/inn in the beautiful town of Balmora - South Gate area. It was initially planned for my own use but I thought maybe someone else enjoys it as well.
The manor is meant to have a cozy and lore-friendly atmosphere with a bit of a tavern vibe as well. Nothing fancy or overpowered to be found here.
The house contains the following:
-
[]Main area/room with storage space, boxes, and chests[/]
[]A small and welcoming library corner for those of you who enjoy reading or storing some excellent Morrowind books[/]
[]A hearty tavern/kitchen with a bar and oven[/]
[]A quiet bedroom with a nice desk[/]
[]A small reception and a banquet area[/]
There's no story behind the name 'Syndrayn'. I just thought it was a nice and fitting Dunmer name.
Updates
Version 1. 0. 1 Changelog:
-
[]Fixed/moved objects away from the desk hatch.[/]
[]Added a window in the main room to match the exterior house design.[/]
Install
Use NMM or copy the .esp file in your Data Files game folder.
Uncheck the est mod in the Data Files launcher or use NMM.
Compatibility
Any mod that covers or modifies the same game area. From what I have tested so far, that would be:
-
[]Balmora Wall House[/]
[]Balmora South Gate House[/]
[]Balmora Empty House[/]
Feedback
As a complete beginner to modding, I welcome any feedback or suggestion. If you have any ideas or would like to see an improvement, let me know :)
