Increases the enchant capacity of armor to make player enchanting more worthwhile, without breaking balance or overshadowing artifacts.
In Morrowind, enchanting armor often feels unrewarding due to extremely low enchant capacities. This mod provides a modest, carefully balanced increase to armor enchant values (Mostly in places that fall behind such as shoulders and boots), allowing for useful enchantments without trivializing the system.
