Arnand the Breton by Princess Stomper

This mod is the work of Princess Stomper and others listed in included documentation. Princess Stomper is Morrowind Modder Royalty and has been a major contributor ever since modding became a thing in Morrowind.

I am uploading this mod in order to share and to preserve it - and also attest that it is fully functional - while I have not done extensive testing - the mod works - Companion Share and Dialog, etc.

There are no quest or location edits in this mod - this is a companion mod with the basic stuff plus a bit of charm but not a bunch of other stuff that makes mod compatibility a problem.

You can find Arnand  loitering outside the Old Man with a Skooma Problem's house in Balmora.

Once Arnand recognizes your character it may dawn on you that that he was quite likely waiting for your arrival. How did he know where'd you'd turn up?  Who knows?

It's really quite a mystery, but there's quite a bit of mystery concerning your character's arrival in Morrowind, so get used to it.

Maybe Arnand is a friend of the family, or a former instructor, or just a guy you once met before arriving in Morrowind?  That's really up to you to sort out. But, Arnand does seem obligated in some way to your character, enthusiastically - or less so depending on disposition.

Depending on your Face/Body mods - Arnand's appearance may differ from the screenshots - but this is a self contained mod with no outside requirements other than the Tribunal Expansion in this current year, 2023.

So, "The Breton Hunk Companion Lite by Princess Stomper" here's the scoop:

Don't let the the "Hunk" and "Romance" aspect scare you off - the conversation topics are there - but you don't need to interact with the topics unless you wish to do so. He can grow to adore your character and is unwavering in his loyalty - just head canon what you will when he bumps into your character outside that Skooma Addict's house.

Arnand may not automatically like you at first but there are ways of improving his disposition toward you via conversation, sharing a few drinks and good food.

I personally will be choosing Arnand to accompany my Breton Mage on my next adventure in Morrowind.

I also use this mod with a marvelous mod called Attend Me - BUT you do not HAVE to use it in order for Companion Arnand to work - but I like the additional reassurance Morrowind won't eat my companion w
