Aphiteth's Bound Items Fix - No Spell Effect No Item

I'm not trying to cheat you of cheating, i simply really enjoy scripting and patching bugs that influenced my gameplay.

When I used to play Morrowind on the OG Xbox, i happened upon a glitch while using items that summoned bound items with a constant effect. I would eventually find my inventory stacked with bound items that could not be removed. I have not played around with items that summon bound items using constant effect on the pc, however, just in-case it can happen on the pc version or, if a Tes3mp server owner wants to run an anti-cheat against people breaking the game with infinite time bound items, this mod will resolve the issue.

All bound items now carry a script which removes any bound item found on the player if the player does not have the corresponding spell effect. This works like a charm for Tes3mp servers! (v1. 00)

Created 1 script and applied it to every bound weapon and armor piece.
