Amulet Test

I was tired of having to sleep to regain my Magika. I wanted to go all out and make a tower of sorcery with traps at every turn and a place that actually drained magic as you progressed up the tower.(Still don't know if that's possible but I know I could of made creatures that gave the curse) Fighting creatures that progressed as well to ultimately fight a high npc mage who would have this amulet. But I soon figured I didn't have the skills necessary yet to build such a place. So I stuck to the Amulet. It's called "Amulet of the Magi". It's a heavy sucker for an Amulet 10lbs. 25 charges of restore 1 pt magika for 20 sec. Must be cast. I placed it behind the chest in the front room of the Fighters Guild at Ald Ruhn.
