You can buy it off of the Khajiit Keet-ke who happens to be Gvadri\'s cousin, but doesn\'t like it here. Keet-ke is standing outside the Ald-Ruhn Entrance with his pack guar, and travel items. He wants to sell the deed to the house so he can get a ticket back to the deserts of Elsweyr.. under one condition. His cousin must live in the house as well, seeing as he is down on his luck and needs a place to crash. The Khajiit Gvadri, happens to be a drinker. He drinks his problems away so there isn\'t much space in the house.
