Age of Vampire - Beating Sun

Fixes the second problem I've with vanilla vampires, the sun damage is too punishing. This mod scales it down the longer you've been a vampire. This isn't based on your character level, but rather the level you've been a vampire, starting from 0 when you contracted Porphyric Hemophilia.

00-09 Sun Damage 5 pts Vampire Fledling

10-19 Sun Damage 4 pts Vampire

20-29 Sun Damage 3 pts Blooded Vampire

30-39 Sun Damage 2 pts Vampire Nightstalker

40-     Sun Damage 1 pts Master Vampire

Reversed option where you get more susceptible to sun the older you get.

Works with my another mod Mortal's Mask (v2. 0), which fixes the service refusal mechanic, but works without it too. This mod doesn't edit vanilla spells or scripts so should work with any mod, which aren't editing the "vampire sun damage" mechanic. Tested to work on OpenMW (0. 49rc3), but should work with vanilla. I'm probably going to release third mod to adjust rest of the bonuses to be on line with these two mods.
