Stripped Down Handler's Astral Outfit (with Jiggle Physics)

This is because of the discoloration added by game design to give alpha, beta, and some layered armors their distinct look / color palette.

If you do not like the discoloration, you can remove it by installing this mod by Silvris (this mod affects all armors):
