No Rare Digging Animations and x3 Minerals and Bones

This mod removes the "Rare" and "Very Rare" special animations and changes the drop rate of minerals and bones in the Guiding Lands to be 3x of the usual amount in the Guiding Lands, which integrates the func of  No Coal -No Research Points - No Dumb Rare Digging Animations and x3 Minerals and Bones - Guiding Lands because the conflict of the 2 mods.
