Double Tool Duration Max Mantle Deco Slots and Temporal nerf reversal

Future updates shouldn't break this mod unless Capcom does something to the askill_param.asp file, which, they shouldn't unless they add another mantle.

I have looked high and low to see if there was any mod that did anything even remotely similar to what I have done, but everything else either makes it too OP, or doesn't change enough. So here I am, using MHW Editor to make a mod that does exactly what I want, which is doubling the duration of every tool, and halving the cooldown. There will still be times you don't have a mantle, but if you play your cards right, you can get a near 100% uptime on your mantles, while also being nearly invincible too.

Obviously this mod breaks the balance of the game super hard, so please don't use this in multiplayer. You probably won't be banned, but you will likely ruin the fun for other players.

This was obviously made in just like, 5 minutes using MHW Editor.

Installation: Just extract to Monster Hunter World\nativePC folder as with any other mod.
