Allocates fixed sharpness to all weapons.
The weapon will decide how much of this sharpness it can unlock. For example starting iron weapons unlocks half of sharpness gauge while nergigante weapons unlock full sharpness gauge.
Allocation is as follows:-
yellow = 10
white = 100
purple = 100
