Added an optional file that enable all shockwave type damage to be able to crit including: all echo waves, resounding melody's piercing hits and bubble resonance
Changes made in this mod:
All echo wave (type) now scale with sharpness
Bubble resonances scale with sharpness
Resounding melody's piercing hits scale with sharpness and can crit
MVs of encoring 2/3 echo waves have been doubled and tripled respectively just like in World to reward high commitment gameplay
