Monsters deal more damage, are faster, rage state lasts double the time, stamina lasts 1/10 of the time, wounds take 2x the damage to open, tempereds are overall faster and 30% more health

Will change the effects of attacks later so low damage moves deal more damage
I will polish this later because breaking parts seems impossible and doesn't affect wounds at all.
Maybe add more health
The tempered health multiplier is a lie
