Bowgun players have suffer enough!
I hate playing elemental bowgun when I know I must lock the framerate to 35 fps just to get the 7 ticks 6 ticks (since update 1. 011) consistently, I try to make this mod to match non locked fps elemental bullet speed tick rate as close as when it locked to 35 fps in 60 fps gameplay. I don't know if this mod is considered as a cheat or not but I will flag this mod as a cheat regardless

Bullet speed now are not affected by this mod, instead this mod will change elemental ammo tick rate to be as close as locked 35 fps tick rate
Before installing version 2. 0 please uninstall previous version by deleting file in "{installation folder}\natives\STM\GameDesign\Player\ActionData\WpGunCommon\Shell\MainParam\WpGunElement.user. 3"
