A tool for changing a save file's steam ID. Allows you to use someone else's save.
In lieu of a full editor which is in the works but will come much later this allows you to use someone else's save file. If you want to change appearance or other details after the IB update you need to use a cheat table which can be found through googling, can't and won't help you there.
Drag the save file into the exe and input the steam id, it will replace the steam id on the file for the one you give it.
Credit to Capcom for being a bunch of imbeciles that decided to screw over modding by encrypting the chunk and normal users by encrypting segments of the save file twice, adding so many debugger checks 3. 5% of the CPU usage is just checking for debuggers instead of running the game and making this the first mod for IB, a depressing command line app. May they rot in hell and reap what they sew.
