📋 About This Mod
THIS IS AN EXPLICIT MOD
If you are under 18, please leave.
This mod was inspired by Holimon's Monster Dick Series and I wanted to make the effort to add these 'features' to all the other monsters that lack said 'features'.
This mod specifically adds a large phallus and ballocks to Pink Rathian. Complete with physics that make them swing to and fro.
Optional files, you can instead have a dripping pussy. If you are into hermaphrodites, there's an option for that as well. Select from 6 different versions, 3 in the main tab (2 female + 1 herm), 3 in the optional tab (3 male).
This mod is entirely visual, and only effects client side.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community support with 522 endorsements and over 22k downloads
- Physics-enabled parts add a level of immersion for those into this niche
- Two options (dick and balls or pussy) let you pick your preference
⚠️ Cons
- Extremely niche adult content that most players will find unnecessary
- Potential compatibility issues with other monster model mods or updates
- May not be updated for future game patches (last updated April 2023)
For Monster Hunter World players who want to add adult-themed customization to their game and enjoy absurd or lewd mods. Skip if you're looking for serious gameplay or visual enhancements—this is purely a joke/NSFW cosmetic.
