📋 About This Mod
THIS IS AN EXPLICIT MOD
If you are under 18, please leave.
This mod was inspired by Holimon's Monster Dick Series and I wanted to make the effort to add these 'features' to all the other monsters that lack said 'features'.
This mod specifically adds a large phallus and ballocks to Rathian. Complete with physics that make them swing to and fro.
Optional files, you can instead have a dripping pussy. If you are into hermaphrodites, there's an option for that as well. Select from 6 different versions, 3 in the main tab (2 female + 1 herm), 3 in the optional tab (3 male).
This mod is entirely visual, and only effects client side.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community backing (562 endorsements)
- Over 23k downloads shows real demand
- Simple concept: pick your preferred anatomy and go
⚠️ Cons
- Adult content might not be your thing if you prefer lore-friendly mods
- Only affects Rathian, so if you want other monsters you're out of luck
- Physics can be janky in multiplayer or with other mods that alter Rathian
For Monster Hunter: World players who want to add some explicit flair to Rathian. If you're into adult mods and want a bit of physics-based silliness, this is for you. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes or more family-friendly content.
💡 Beginner Tips
