**Disclaimer: This is a plugin that is used for Moderation and Catching Cheaters.** BanOffend offers you a clean reason/offends based ban system to give justice to cheaters and xrayers. You can customize the offends in config.yml and the bans are saved in bans.yml so if you ban someone they will remain banned until the ban temp ban passes.
