Unbreakable Enchantment

What this mod does When a player mines a configured ore block: The ore's normal drops are given to the player right away (Fortune is applied automatically, just like vanilla). The block instantly turns into bedrock instead of leaving an empty hole. After a configurable amount of time, the bedrock reverts back into the original ore block, ready to be mined again. Silk Touch cannot be used on these ores at all — trying to mine one with a Silk Touch tool simply cancels the break, so the ore block itself can never be picked up and relocated. This lets ore veins act as a renewable resource on a timer, instead of disappearing forever once mined. Works with any ore block , from vanilla or from other mods — as long as it's listed in the config file. Commands Command Permission Description /oreregen reload Operator (level 2) Reloads ores.json without restarting the server Configuration guide On first launch, the mod creates a config file at: config/ore_regeneration/ores.json By default it's pre-filled with every vanilla ore (Overworld, Deepslate variants, Nether, and Ancient Debris). Edit this file to add, remove, or tweak entries: [ { ore : minecraft:iron_ore , time : 60 }, { ore : minecraft:diamond_ore , time : 120, multiplier : 1 }, { ore : create:zinc_ore , time : 50, multiplier : 2 } ] Fields: ore (required) — the block's full ID, in namespace:block_id format. Works with any mod's ore block. time (required) — how many seconds the block stays as bedrock before regenerating. multiplier (optional, default 1 ) — multiplies the quantity of every item dropped by that ore (applied on top of Fortune). Only blocks listed here get this special behavior — everything else in the world is untouched. After editing the file, run /oreregen reload in-game (or restart the server) to apply your changes. Notes Regeneration timers persist through server restarts and chunk unloads — nothing is lost if the server goes down mid-timer. Ores mined without any tool enchantments behave exactly like vanilla in terms of drops, just with the bedrock delay added.
