# TotemClean **TotemClean** is a lightweight client-side mod that removes your own totem of undying activation animation and particles — keeping only the sound. --- ## What does it do? When you use a totem of undying, vanilla Minecraft plays a loud flash animation that covers your entire screen and fills the air around you with green and yellow particles for several seconds. While it looks spectacular the first time, it quickly becomes disorienting — especially in PvP or other fast-paced situations where you need to keep your vision clear right after surviving. TotemClean removes: - The fullscreen totem animation (the flashing overlay) - Your own totem particles (the green/yellow burst around you) TotemClean keeps: - The totem activation sound - All potion effects granted by the totem - Other players' totem particles — so you can still tell when someone nearby pops a totem --- ## Who is it for? - **PvP players** who find the screen flash blinding at critical moments - **Speedrunners** who don't want their view obscured - **Anyone** who finds the animation more annoying than useful
