They stay in your inventory. No graves, no “oops I forgot where I died,” no full reset. If it was in the pouch, it’s still with you. How it actually works: You craft a basic pouch. Throw stuff in it. That pouch stays with you after death—just like a soulbound item would. Need more space? Upgrade it to a Greater Pouch (and eventually better ones) for double the slots. TL;DR: You die, you respawn, pouch is still there. So is your stuff inside it.
