# ERROR422 This mod is a port of the EXE version (read more about it (https://minecraftcreepypasta.fandom.com/wiki/Error_422)) ### READ THIS BEFORE PLAYING: - The mod can be configured (Look in .minecraft/config/error422-common.toml) - The mod changes a LOT of vanilla code; I will not fix incompatabilities - There is an anticheat built in; it will crash the game if cheats are enabled / you're in creative (Can be disabled in config) - Multiplayer is disabled by default (Can be re-enabled in config, but it is not supported) - In-game music is replaced by static (Can be disabled in config) - There is 1-1.5hours of playtime, the timer is reset each game restart ERROR422 is a slow horror mod meant to make you paranoid. Unlike other horror mods, there is no entity chasing you; the antagonist is the entire game itself. It's recommended to go in blind for the true experience. All assets were taken from the original ERROR422. Do not suggest new features as I'm only adding the things present in the original ERR422. <br> ANOMALIES (SPOILERS): - All music has been replaced by static - Random lightning may strike - Things may catch fire - Some buttons are disabled - World names are converted to hexadecimal - Health & hunger bar are corrupted - Each game session, the max stack size is randomized - Some item names are obfuscated - Daytime can randomly change - Some creepers explode near-instantly - The F3-screen is mostly obfuscated - The experience counter is in binary - Sometimes when placing a block the placed block is replaced with another random block - You may randomly get pushed - Sometimes a random effect is applied - Beds may rarely explode - Crops can be planted anywhere - Cactuses and waterlilies may spawn in the air - Error messages may appear in the chat - In the final phase your screen may be filled with red errors and your inventory will be scrambled - After the final phase 'ERR422' will spawn, glitch the renderer, play a glitched noise and crash the game
