For servers that want players to be able to cheat like defnot.
This is a mod for servers who want to take a slightly more lax attitude than vanilla allows to players using normally OP-only commands, while not allowing access to all OP-level 2 commands to all players. An example is allowing the use of the `/locate` command to all players.
Defnot is a player on the technical server KiwiTech who is opped and was using commands like `/locate`, and we wanted every player to be able to use these commands like this, hence the name of the mod.
