Complete Cobblemon Hacked Changes

Design based on Neoforge. Just a small data pack that changes Cobblemon pokemon types to correlate with my favorite rom hacks. Small changes are also given to their (and pre-evolutions') movepools to make the changes more viable. Many data pack changes were implemented based on Rangi42's "Pokemon Polished Crystal" rom hack and Nemo622's "Pokemon Emerald Seaglass" rom hack. Additionally, Wyrdeer can now fly, like the Stantler in the Pokemon Christmas Special.
