visual Halloween mod mostly for free roam even though it also has effect in Missions.
YOU NEED INFINITE HEAVEN !
it overwrites the ih skulls files, accept when it says it conflicts.
a zeta port will be done soon making this step unnecessary.
Snake has a new eyepatch when no Bandana is equipped.
Snake has a Phantom arm when fatigues are worn.
the stun arm is the power to neutralize evil.
new skin for D-horse without battle dress.
new skins for the skulls.
reccomended to turn on events with IH, mainly skulls attacks in free roam.
