Outfits Unlock
I used as base a mod made by BobDoleOwndU. (All thanks to him). I just removed a file to reduce its effects. Now is only a Mod to unlock the special suits like Leather Jacket, Solid Snake, Cyborg Ninja, Raiden, Naked (silver), Naked (Gold) and Bandanas with no need of specialists or special triggers like "all missions completed with rank S". Maybe some objets and weapons are unlock too. This is not a mod make to develop all weapons and items for free. You still need GMP, team levels, materials and plants.
I did this mod especially for use with my saves:
1-All Female Specialists and Soldiers 2. 0 and 1. 0
2-All GZ Soldiers. All Outfits. All Weapons and All Items 1. 05
3-All Items and Promo - Only FOB - Only SV-Sneaking Suit 1. 51
