Overview
This mod skips NPC cutscenes by muting repetitive max-level dialog while preserving rewards, quest item generation, and quest intros for non-maxed NPCs. Instead of replaying long repetitive conversations after reaching maximum favor, the mod allows rewards and quests to proceed instantly after the cutscene (I cannot find a way to remove cutscenes yet).
