How to use:
1, Make sure the voice language is English (right-click on the game in the steam library-properties-language-English)
2, Change the in-game subtitle to Japanese

EULA added in 2021 updates won't be displayed properly, as it's not localized. You can continue playing without any problems. I know someone is working on localizing this, but pfff who reads EULA?
