Peace at last - Mute ACC ambience

"Boss, the R&D team has finally figured out how to make the ACC interior soundproof. Now you won’t have to suffer through your crippling tinnitus anymore!"

This mod removes the helicopter noise while idling in the ACC and also disables the FOB ambience when viewing through the iDroid.

I kinda disliked how loud the acc is when chilling and waiting for defender alarms, so I made this mod.

A secondary version also exists that mutes the acc ambience for the audio redux mod as well with some extra modifications.

Additional info:

- rain hasn't been muted, I haven't yet checked if the acc uses a standalone audio track for rain in the acc or a general purpose one but it hasn't bothered me too much to look into it.

- clothing and the occasional button press noises remain, not sure if it is possible to remove them.

Audio redux version:

Basically just the audio redux mod but with the following changes:

- mute helicopter ambience

- mute fob ambience from idroid

- adds back the original fob defender alert sound
