Tactical Camera Settings open up Vanilla camera settings to be configured by the user through a .json edit.

Advanced Camera Controls

  • []GUI is now enabled. All settings can be modified in game on the tactical map.

    []All settings modified through the GUI are applied immediately.

    []GUI requires the DevMode mod to be accessible. Press ` on the tactical map, and select the Camera tab (see screenshot for details).

    []Keybinds can be set through the GUI, but the implementation is awkward. I would recommend using the .json for them still. This will be addressed in a future update.

    Additional

    • []Logging information - disabled by default, can be enabled if experiencing issues with settings.

      Simply edit the TacticalCameraConfig.json located in Menace/Mods/TacticalCameraSettings with the text editor of your choice. If you wish to reset the values to game default, delete TacticalCameraConfig.json and a new config file will be recreated in its place using default values.

      Requirements

      Mod was written for v0. 6. 9 of MENACE using v34. 0. 6 of the Menace Mod Kit (MMK). Should work with future versions of both MENACE and the MMK provided no substantial tactical camera changes are made.
