I've left the old version of this mod available in case you don't like this version. I made this version for Hypermarket Simulator and liked it better than the version I made for this game, so I have updated it to work with Megastore, as Hypermarket Simulator uses a different version of BepInEx. Hopefully Hypermarket Simulator will be made visible on Nexus soon, so my mods will be available if that's a game you play as well.

Store standing is five additive stars (range, availability, queues, suppliers, overall). The HUD total (0. 00 to 5. 00) sits in the top-right and scales how many shoppers checkouts will hold. It does not change spawn speed.

Range is unique products on the shelves versus about 80% of the full sellable catalog (base game plus extra-product mods). A small shop only fills a sliver. Availability rises when shoppers find stock and pay, and drops on misses.

Keeping shelves full is the main way to protect it. Pairs with MegaHours: if you leave the store open overnight, understocked nights drain reputation and then customer numbers.

Optional: press F1 (Configuration Manager) to hide the HUD or turn auto-adjust off.

    Installation

    Assumes Steam Megastore Simulator and BepInEx 5 already installed (Tobey's pack is what most Nexus users use).

    • []If you do not have BepInEx yet: install Tobey's BepInEx Pack, extract it into the folder that contains Megastore Simulator.exe, launch the game once, then quit.[/]

        Does not change spawn rate. Does not reset at midnight (including under MegaHours 24h / MegaClock stretched days).

        FAQ

        Does this make customers arrive faster?

        No. Spawn rate is unchanged. Checkouts will hold more (or fewer) shoppers at once.

        What is vanilla capacity?

        7 per open staffed checkout desk + 4 per open self-checkout. Reputation 1. 0 = that number. 2. 0 ≈ double (rounded up). 0. 25 = a quarter. Bad outcomes can push you below vanilla cap.
