Yet Another Balance Patch

This mod requires YAML to work, it uses global overrides and modifiers to affect both vanilla and mod items and weapons. It has a pretty big amount of changes, some of them will make the game harder. It is aimed towards players with "Lore Accurate" setting in YAML, severily restricting non Lore items.

Put this mod after any other YA mod in load order.

Main changes:

• []All "Hero Armor" quirks are disabled, ie they provide no bonus armor, cause i find them extra strong on already strong Hero Mechs. Structure still receives bonus from quirks[/]

  []All "Faction" perks are disabled cause i think they strictly lock you into using weapons those quirks buff, limiting variety.[/]

  []HGN-LV Laser Vomit quirk actually affects Lasers only, not all Energy weapons[/]

  []All non Lore Accurate equipment is set to have 0 rarity and 0 market count, so they won't spawn in markets, but you can still find them in treasure boxes[/]

  []Increased amount and rarity of Ammo[/]

  []All "Double Ammo" items from YAWCE have 10% more ammo than separate 1 ton ammo items at the 50% more cost, they are rarer and less frequent[/]

  []Weapon balance adjustments:[/]

  []AC2-RF, cooldown increased by 50%, less DPS, 300 ammo per ton[/]

  []AC5 and Ultra AC5, cooldown decreased by 10%[/]

  []AC5-RF, damage decreased by 16%, 120 ammo per ton[/]

  []AC10 and Ultra AC10, cooldown decreased by 25%[/]

  []AC10-RF, damage increased by 25%, 54 ammo per ton[/]

  []AC20 and Ultra AC20. cooldown decreased by 13%[/]

  []AC20-RF, damage increased by 37. 5%, 26 ammo per ton[/]

  []LRM, min range decreased by 15%, spread decreased by 12%[/]

  []SRM, base damage decreased from 2. 4 to 2 per missile, other SRM types adjusted accordingly[/]

  []SRM-INF, heat generation increased by 40%, rarity set to 5% and markets can have only 1 item Max of each SRM-INF weapon[/]

  []Gauss, range increased by 22%, from 660 to 800, primarily for AI to use them at much further ranges[/]

  []All Rifles cooldown decreased by 10%[/]

  []Short Range version of Rifles have same damage as Long Range, reduced bullet velocity by 50%, reduced heat generation by 10%[/]

  []Medium Rifle damage decreased by 17%[/]

  []Heavy Rifle damage decreased by 27%[/]

  []PPCX optimal and max range reduced by 25%, heat generation increased by 43%, cooldown increased by 33%[/]

  []SNPPC optimal and max range increased by 10%[/]

  []PPC-P spread decreased by 66%[/]

  []Flamer (Vehicle) damage decreased by 50%[/]

  []SP Laser cooldown decreased by 18%, has roughly same DPS as MP Laser[/]

  []Prototype DHS have 4% rarity and Maximum 1 item per market[/]

  []Disabled Prototype Improved JJ from spawning in markets, can still find them in treasure boxes[/]

  []Guardian ECM Prototype have 2% rarity and Maximum 1 item per market[/]

  []Disabled UAV Drones from spawning in markets, can still find them in treasure boxes[/]

  []Panther-8Z has additional IMPROVED-COMS quirk[/]
