Perfect Unique Pilot Potential

I happen to like the progression of improving my pilots, but I also dislike artificial caps, expecially for unique pilots. Thus, I have created this simple mod. (Updated for Rise of Rasalhague)

All the starting pilots for all the careers should have max potentials, as well as any pilots you get as a reward from a mission. If I missed any, please let me know. This will not work on an existing save, as it only applies when you acquire a new pilot. For existing saves, use a save editor to change their potential.

Rook Re-added

This file adds Rook as a reward in the Campaign. Upon completing "Last Man Standing", you will receive Rook and his blackjack, which probably fell very early in the mission. For this reason, the blackjack is in very rough shape, and will need to be massively rebuilt. Both legs are destroyed, as well as most of the weapons. This file on it's own does not affect Rook's stats, but he is set to 60/60 in the main file, along with everyone else.

I would like to find a mission where I can add him to career mode, but I want it to be fairly seamless, and I want to be sure it will not give you a second one in Campaign mode, so there is no time table for that, and it may never happen.
