OOPS ALL BUG FIXES:
Pilot Traits Edition
So PGI sort of Bungled the roll out of pilot traits and the current method at which they are applied doesn't actually work making some of their own traits not work.
This small patch mod aims to fix a small issue with how traits are applied.
This mod makes a small changes to the core trait application which was preventing traits from applying to larger groups of weapons and mechs.
Special thanks to Cranberry for helping me investigate why my traits were not working properly and for Deadraiser finding out specifically what was wrong so fast.
To further detail the issue, it lay in the way the traits look for tags.
Generic traits like Autocannon mastery that apply bonuses to ALL autocannons were looking for
"Weapon.ballistic.autocannon"
However because of how the traits were setup they were looking for an exact tag like
"Weapon.ballistic.autocannon.autocannon5"
This is where the problem was created, the generic traits were unable to apply their trait to the desired target.
This mod fixes the tag search which will allow the broader traits to function.

This same fix IS IN YAML so this mod will not be required with YAML
