MW5 – Mech + Quirk Tools (MQBT) is an advanced Google Sheets–based modding suite designed for MechWarrior 5 builders, balance tuners, and content creators.

It provides a structured, visual environment to import, edit, and compile quirks and mech definitions into clean, game-ready JSON files ready for direct use in-game.

• Quirk Builder – Edit quirks using dropdown property paths, auto-typed values, and RGBA color tinting.

• Import/Export Tools – Import existing quirks from JSON for editing first or directly into a library, an easy compile and export back to Drive with one click.

• Weapon & Damage Groups – Smart tag mapping converts short names like “AC10” to full MW5 tags (e.g., Weapon. Ballistic. Autocannon. AC10).

• Mech Builder – Create and manage mech definitions with easy multi-select quirk lists.

• One-Click Compilation – Automatically formats and exports JSON to a ready-to-use folder (MW5_QuirkCompile).
