Limb Resize Equipment (Vanilla-YAML)

This mod adds some new mech loadouts that makes usage of said equipment while doing alot of Gym related jokes in their variant descriptions. The equipment is introduced in 3020 and there are some custom News Reels added to reveal them as a mech equipment in the market. Said equipment works nice on some mechs (such as the variants presented) but most will rather look goofy if stacking all the 3 kits, my personal advise is to stick around with a maximum of 2 kits for legs.

YAML Version undoes the mech rescale because it uses a completely different technique to scale and align the mechs accordingly to size, none of them will ever get stuck in the Leopard anymore.

Don't expect me to include any deeper mechanics other than the ones already presented, i actually made this mod more as a proof of concept and memes.
