September 2021 Update & DLC
The mod has been updated to be compatible with the latest version of the game (the September 2021 update with DLC#2). In this update I have altered the skill cap of both Freeman and Rook to be the maximum of 60. Note that the Blackjack does not need to survive the mission for you to get the rewards - you will get the BJ-1 and Rook even if the 'mech dies during the mission. You can assume that even when it's killed, Rook was simply incapacitated during the mission and the 'mech was still salvagable.
Description
A BJ-1 and the new pilot are added as rewards for completing the fourth campaign mission Last Man Standing. The pilot, PFC Adil Said, is a custom pilot included in the MW5 game files but unused in the vanilla game for some reason. He has a custom portrait as you can see in the posted images.
I have heard from numerous people that the Blackjack from mission 4 should be a reward since it can survive the mission. Further, even if it didn't survive the area is secured at the end of the mission, meaning that in theory it should be easily salvageable. Since you can save the 'mech, I decided that it would also be a good way to add one of the unused characters from the game files.
Simply download the files and place the folder into the MW5Mercs/Mods folder where you have the game installed. You can select the mod from the "Mods" menu in MW5.
