Changes salvage per point from 3 to 5 for authored missions, additionally expands the cap on points you're allowed to use for most authored missions. This was done because salvage is defined manually in each MWScenario asset and bulk editing is much nicer for my sanity than doing all ~130 missions by hand.
Intended to be used alongside a mod like Better Salvage Shares.
