Makes upgrades actually useful. Most effects are increased substantially with install costing more as well.
This was quickly made for myself. I uploaded it in case someone else wants to use it. It's a very simple mod. I can't imagine this breaking on future updates, but if it does, it's easy enough to fix it yourself. Have fun!
CAUTION
There's been a report of this breaking coop games if this mod is added partway into the game. While I believe it's very unlikely this mod is to blame, I'd still recommend only installing this mod at the start of any coop games, just in case.
