📋 About This Mod
CAREER MODE ONLY
This mod changes a few things related to the career mercenary company level progression curve:
- All levels take anywhere between ~2-5x longer to reach. This was to allow an extended early-mid game. The specific multiplier is approximated by how many missions you need to complete of average difficulty level for the given reputation.
- 15 new reputation levels for a total of 30.
- Adjusted and extended salvage and negotiation points. You will continue to gain points as you pass 15 up to the max reputation level of 30.
- Removed C-bill rewards from all levels.
- New reputation titles.
- New reputation badges.

Player notes:
- Early progression is designed with other mods in mind that increase difficulty - Advanced Career Start with all light mechs, YAML, Scary Tank/Turret/VTOL, Increased Enemy Difficulty, Better Enemy Weapons (i.e. you probably need to take very low difficulty missions early)
- The adjusted reputation curve doesn't take into account high reward and special missions that often reward much more career reputation, so you will likely level up faster overall than what the chart suggests
- I don't do Pilot Overhaul GTE (Gather the Elite) missions, which reward a lot of reputation for how early and relatively easy they are to complete
- I use my other mod Cantina Job Rewards No Company Reputation XP with this
- Another recommended mod is Cantina Unlocked by Empress Daystar after some collaborative discussion - this allows you to access Cantina immediately instead of waiting for career level 4.
