📋 About This Mod
Considering that you've been with the Systems Alliance for quite a while, struggling through your first mission with just one skill point and only crappy weapons at your disposal is completely silly and turns the game into a tedious cover shooter, especially on insanity.
This mod changes the XP you receive for the Kett you fight during Planetside in such a way as to allow you to level up your Ryder as well as your squad mates after every third encounter, on average.
Since six of those encounters are optional, this mod makes for a great incentive to tackle all of them. Successfully doing so, will allow you to reach level 4 before joining Cora.
The changes are as follows: The first encounter now gives 1078 XP (as opposed to 113 XP) and thereby grants your first level up. Every following kett encounter now gives 400 XP (as opposed to 20 XP). These changes apply only to kett fights during Planetside.
There's a total of 6 optional kett encounters:
1. Kett patrolling the area where you alternatively could've found Kirkland.
2. Kett ambush at the crashed Initiative shuttle.
3. Kett ambush when exiting the alien ruins.
4. Kett threatening Greer.
5. Kett coming out of the tunnel doorway after you got too close and set off the alarm.
6. Kett patrolling their crashed ship (near the cave entrance).
Changelog:
- v2. 0 improves your level up experience.
