-Download ReShade 3. 0. 5 here

-Put "ReShade_Setup_3. 0. 5" in ... Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32\

-Run the setup and choose MassEffect3.exe, then select direct3D 8/9, you can choose to download all the effects or just the following ones :

AmbientLight, Colourfulness, Curves, FXAA, LumaSharpen, Vibrance, AdaptiveSharpen, HDR, SMAA. That's the list of what this preset is using, you don't need the other effects.

-Paste "Gravis Effect.ini" (the file you downloaded here on nexus) in ... Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32\

-Run the game and ReShade should automatically select the "Gravis Effect.ini". If not, open ReShade in-game menu with Shift+F2 and choose "... Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32\Gravis Effect.ini" in the list, right at the top of the ReShade window.

    [] Open up Driver Profile Settings

    [] Choose Mass Effect 3 from the profile list (at the top)

    [] Change Ambient Occlusion compatibility to 0x00000020 ("1-Compatibility" section)

    [] Change Ambient Occlusion usage to Enabled ("5-Common" section)

    [] Change Ambient Occlusion setting to Performance, Quality or High quality ("5-Common" section)

    [] Apply changes.
