Various QOL Gameplay Tweaks (LE1)

MODS OVERVIEW

These are various edits I originally made to the Coalesced file, but updated so they are made to the SFXGame.pcc file and compatible with ME3Tweaks Mod Manager.

These mods are for LE1. Available mods are as follows:

Improved Mako Handling: Improves a variety of Mako stats to improve speed and handling. Does not work with M&KB. See stickied comment by KainPrimus for manual workaround. Makes changes to the Mako to improve handling, speed, exploration, and power. Adds a gyroscope effect when the Mako is in the air and limits angular velocity to keep it stable when moving forward. Drive the Mako the way it was always meant to be driven.

Includes an optimal option that pushes the Mako to its limits without going overboard and two incremental options that are closer to Vanilla.
