Samara's Armor for Shepard (LE3)

Yes, this mod adds Samara's armor to BOTH Shepards, male and female.  Therefore...

IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, SCROLL AND MOVE ON, PLEASE!

This mod will add both colors--red and black--directly to the armor locker.  There is a casual option and a Torso armor option.

Female Shepard's version is edited to allow for skin tinting and a wider neck (but neck clipping might still occur, I'll look into this if this is a major problem).

Male Shepard's version is a refit.  This means that CLIPPING, STRETCHING, and other ODD BEHAVIORS might occur while using this armor for Male Shepard.  I've done my best to make it look good, but the weights were fighting me at every turn.

HOW I APPROACH MY REFITS (just a FYI)

I always refit based on the vanilla underwear mesh to the best of my ability.  I smooth out and sculpt the mesh to the body, adding my own tweaks and edits until it roughly fits the body.  From there, it's a matter of fixing any weird texture stretching and doing lots of fine tuning.  For this armor, I had to pose and sculpt the hands so they would be as large as Male Shepard's, so they aren't perfect, but about as close as I could get it.  I also cut out the vanilla underwear chest and added it to the armor, so Male Shepard's is made of two parts instead of being one, clean model.

This is something I do for fun, so I thought I would share it.  Don't like it, don't download it.  It's that simple.

Will the armors be in separate files or in one file?

One file, no options.  If you don't like knowing that Male Shepard has the armor while using it for Female Shepard, figure out how to remove it yourself.  I will not be doing it myself nor will I offer support on how to do this.

Why?

Why not?  It was a fun challenge for me, and just so y'all know, more refits are coming for Male Shepard, so be looking forward to that.  And it highlights the ridiculousness of the armor.

Will armor retextures for Samara's armor work?

No.  I've edited both sets of textures for both Shepards fairly extensively.  Female Shepard's has been edited to allow for skin tinting, and Male Shepard's has been smoothed out and cleaned up in some areas.  The textures are also labeled differently, so Samara armor retextures shouldn't touch my files anyway.

REQUIREMENTS:

None, however, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a mod, such as IVAP, that adds invisible armor parts as this is a Torso armor mod, not a full body.

KNOWN ISSUES: 

Potentially some clipping and stretching depending on the animation (more likely for Male Shepard).

COMPATIBILITY:
