Context: This theme is also heard after you beat the tower of hanoi minigame in Peak 15 but basically this was orignally the normal Mass Effect Theme Jack Wall composed before settling on the one you hear now. The Original Version sounds like this. It gives off a very James Bondy vibe which does make sense why it might have been replaced but still a good theme regardless. the main melody of this theme is also referenced in the Love Theme you hear in the Virmire Debrief/Romance Scene.
