📋 About This Mod
Turn off tutorials and popups in ME2
I did not see an option to turn off tutorials and pop-ups in ME2, so I edited Coalesced_INT.bin to turn them off myself.

2 Versions:
Disable ALL popups
Disable tutorial popups (how to hack, how to bypass, etc)
I recommend "Disable tutorial popups"
Instructions:
Delete BIOGame.ini from
\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME2\BioGame\Config
(this is created everytime the game boots, so no worries)
Backup Coalesced_INT.bin from
\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME2\BioGame\CookedPCConsole
and overwrite with this modified file.
I've tested this somewhat, if you run into anything weird please let me know.
IF YOU DON'T DELETE BIOGame.ini GAME WILL CRASH ON FIRST BOOTUP
