Armor +500%
Self Repair Rate +300%
Missiles +300% Damage
Missiles +300% Radius
Removed the vehicle movement when mining nodes/artifacts.
Fixed vehicle reticule to be consistent between all vehicle missions.
Increased boost, jump, and regeneration.
